In the competitive landscape of retail, minuscule enhancements in sales strategies can markedly elevate financial outcomes. This study explores the efficacy of data-driven product bundling at minimarket B-70 Mart, by employing Market Basket Analysis (MBA). The research revolves around the hypothesis that strategic product bundling, informed by customer purchase patterns, can significantly increase sales. Utilizing transactional data from B-70 Mart, we conducted a quantitative analysis to identify frequently bought items together. The MBA helped decipher complex consumer buying behaviors, enabling the creation of optimized product bundles. The study's findings reveal that tailored product combinations, when aligned with consumer preferences deduced from MBA, lead to increased sales, customer satisfaction and inventory turnover. The research not only provides B-70 Mart with actionable insights into their sales strategy but also contributes to the broader field of retail marketing by validating the practical applications of MBA in product bundling. The implications of this study are manifold, offering a methodological framework for retailers to harness the power of data analytics for sales enhancement and strategic decision-making.

The utilization of contemporary technology is prevalent across various domains to enhance individuals’ overall standard of living. The present study elucidates a remote wireless monitoring system that is both cost-effective and user-friendly, designed to measure patients' blood pressure and temperature. The device is specifically engineered to allow medical practitioners to monitor their patient’s blood pressure in real-time continuously. This technique facilitates the wireless transmission of blood pressure data to a physician's mobile device through the establishment of a network, thereby enabling authorized individuals to access patients' blood pressure readings remotely. Integrating the Internet of Things (IOT) with an Arduino microcontroller and a pressure sensor has resulted in the developing a Blood Pressure Monitoring System that utilizes wireless technologies. The proposed approach aims to reduce the necessity of physical visits to medical facilities, resulting in time savings for both patients and healthcare professionals. Additionally, it seeks to improve patient care by facilitating prompt and efficient treatments. The technology can transmit alerts to detect abnormal blood pressure readings, facilitating prompt medical intervention and reducing the likelihood of adverse outcomes associated with irregular blood pressure levels.

The current research aimed to elucidate the relationship between charismatic leadership behaviors, represented by their dimensions (mindfulness, hope, and compassion), and organizational identity. To achieve the research objectives and address the research questions, including the central question, "Do charismatic leadership behaviors, as indicated by their dimensions, play a role in enhancing organizational identity?", the study was conducted at Al-Noor University College on a sample of 80 faculty members. The researcher employed the descriptive-analytical approach in processing both primary and secondary research data. A questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool. The study formulated a set of hypotheses that were tested using various statistical methods, including the Pearson correlation coefficient, simple and multiple regression equations. The research findings highlighted a significant positive correlation between charismatic leadership behaviors and organizational identity. The study concluded with several recommendations based on the results, which could benefit the researched field.

Internal control plays a major role in preventing and detecting fraud and protecting the organization's resources, both physical and intangible thereby leading to improved financial performance. At the organizational level, internal control objectives relate to the reliability of financial reporting, timely feedback on the achievement of operational or strategic goals and compliance with laws and regulations. Internal control systems give guidance for management regarding its evaluation and control over financial reporting. The main objective of the study was to determine the effects of control environment on financial performance of deposit taking SACCOs in North Rift Region of Kenya. Three theories underpinned this study, namely accounting, agency and resource dependence theories. The study employed explanatory research design. Census study was used during the study to select 177 respondents (CEOs, managers, accountants, finance officers, internal auditors and credit officers) from a the ten (10) licensed Deposit-Taking SACCOs in the North Rift of Kenya as provided by SASRA, 2022. Questionnaires were used to collect data. Data collected was analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versiono25. Results of the study signposted that control environment had positive effects on the financial performance of deposit taking Saccos in North Rift Region of Kenya. Based on these findings, it was therefore concluded that a stronger control environment had a positive effect on the financial performance of Deposit Taking Saccos in the North Rift Region of Kenya. A higher control environment, which includes factors such as management integrity, governance, ethical standards and effective communication, is associated with improved financial performance. This also meant that attention to and investment in strengthening the control environment can potentially lead to better financial outcomes for Deposit Taking Saccos in the North Rift Region of Kenya. The recommendations of the study illustrated that Deposit Taking Saccos should focus on enhancing their internal control systems. This includes implementing robust control mechanisms, establishing effective risk management practices and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards and strengthening their board of directors, ensuring independence, expertise and diversity within the board. Deposit Taking Saccos should establish a system for ongoing monitoring and assessment of their internal control systems. The study would also assist the researcher and scholars to broaden knowledge and skills in the area of control environment on financial performance of saccos in North Rift Region of Kenya.

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze Revenue and Strategies for Organic Cocoa Farming in Palolo District. The type of data used is quantitative data. The results of this study indicate that the income of organic cocoa farming in Palolo District is IDR 12,547,875 per semester/6 months with an RC ratio of 4,204. so that Organic Cocoa Farming is feasible to be developed. S Development Strategy Organic Cocoa Farming Business in Palolo District that can be carried out by Farming Business Groups to increase the amount of production is the Strengths Opportunities Strategy, namely (a) Increasing the availability of organic cocoa raw materials to become the largest Farming Group in Palolo District, Sigi Regency. (b) Increasing the diversification of processed products through improving the quality of educated Human Resources. Increasing production through product innovation meets the demands of local and national communities. Then the Strengths Threat Strategy through (a) Procurement of professional workforce for product development innovations. (b) Improving raw material quality standards through counseling and training provided to partners. (c) Expansion of market share through processed product innovation. Furthermore, the Weakness Opportunities Strategy is (a) Increasing skilled and experienced workforce so that they can compete with Farming Business Groups in Central Sulawesi Province. Then the Weakness Threat strategy is to improve the process of raw material quality standards so that climate differences do not affect the quality of organic cocoa raw materials.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, workload and work stress on employee turnover intention. The data used in this study is primary data which is distributed to workers in Jakarta, Indonesia for 1 month using a questionnaire instrument. The approach used in this study is quantitative by testing the hypothesis using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square data analysis method. The findings of this research showed that job satisfaction, workload and work stress had a significant negative effect on turnover intention.
