This Peer Review Policy applies to all journals published under the International Academic Research Consortium (IARCON). All IARCON journals follow a standardized double-blind peer review process to ensure consistency, fairness, transparency, and the highest standards of scholarly publishing. Every manuscript submitted to any IARCON journal is evaluated in accordance with this policy, unless otherwise specified by the journal's editorial board. This unified policy reflects IARCON's commitment to maintaining ethical publishing practices and high-quality academic standards across its entire journal portfolio.
All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the publication of high-quality, original, and scientifically sound research. In a double-blind review, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain confidential throughout the evaluation process, ensuring fairness, impartiality, and an unbiased assessment of the manuscript.
Initial Editorial Assessment
Upon submission, each manuscript is screened by the Editorial Office to verify that it complies with the journal’s scope, formatting requirements, ethical standards, and submission guidelines. Manuscripts may also undergo plagiarism screening before being considered for peer review. Submissions that do not meet the journal’s requirements may be returned to the authors for revision or declined without external review.
Double-Blind Peer Review
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent experts in the relevant field for evaluation. Reviewers assess the manuscript based on the following criteria:
Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief or the handling editor may make one of the following decisions:
Authors receiving revision requests are expected to submit a revised manuscript along with a detailed response addressing each reviewer comment. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the original reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.
Editorial Decision
The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief after careful consideration of the reviewers’ reports, the authors’ responses, and the journal’s editorial standards. The Editor’s decision is final.
Ethical Standards
The journal conducts its peer review process in accordance with internationally recognized publishing ethics and best practices. Editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific merit, originality, and relevance of the submitted work, without discrimination based on nationality, gender, institutional affiliation, or personal beliefs.
The journal follows the ethical principles and recommendations established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE). Editors, reviewers, and authors are expected to adhere to these guidelines to maintain integrity, transparency, confidentiality, and accountability throughout the publication process.
The journal is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and ensuring that reviewers disclose any potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment. Any allegations of research misconduct, unethical behavior, or publication malpractice are handled in accordance with COPE guidelines and established editorial procedures.
