The data used in this study is primary data which is distributed to workers in Jakarta, Indonesia for 1 month using a questionnaire instrument. The approach used in this study is quantitative by testing the hypothesis using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square data analysis method. The findings of this research showed that job satisfaction, workload and work stress had a significant negative effect on turnover intention.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
