It can be said that the irresponsible market structure-irresponsible population and irresponsible system stability framework allows for a systematic view of the system stability issue from root causality, to consequences, to irresponsible impacts on system stability, if the nature of root causality is irresponsible.  In other words, this framework provides a full view of the system stability issue. If we look carefully at population dynamic and system stability frameworks like the ecological overshoot we can see that it says nothing about the irresponsible market structure(pricing, consumption, and production) that shapes irresponsible populations like over population so it is not a full population dynamics and system stability based framework.  In other words, as this framework is driven by over population dynamics, an irresponsible population dynamics, it provides a partial view of the system stability issue as it has an irresponsible market structure neutrality assumptions.   Hence, ecological overshoot based framework needs the existence of one specific embedded neutrality assumptions in order to work; and without this assumption the framework would not work as then the nature of root causality and of consequences and of irresponsible impacts on system stability would change, yet this situation seems unclear right now and needs some good food for thoughts on how that embedded assumption can be seen and understood.  And this raises important questions such as How can the general irresponsible market structure, irresponsible population dynamics and irresponsible system stability framework be used to point out the embedded neutrality assumptions under which irresponsible population dynamics frameworks like the ecological overshoot work? What are the implications of eliminating this embedded assumption?  Among the goals of this paper is to provide an answer to those questions.

Information as a veritable tool is central and pivotal to the decision making processes of the telecommunication industry as well as every other sector, since virtually all captains of industries rely heavily on information for decision making, it becomes a concern when organizational information is not protected against malicious attacks by adopting necessary information security measures needed to mitigate unauthorized access to such information. This study therefore is intended to examine the influence of information security management on organizational creativity. The study employed the resource based theory as the baseline theory underlying the study. The cross sectional survey design was used the targeted population comprised principal officers of Telecommunication firms in Rivers State.  173 principal officers were chosen through a census based on the focus of the study. Data was analyzed and results presented in tables, mean and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested using the Spearman Rank Order of Correlation Coefficient. The findings revealed that there is a positive and significant effect of information security management on organizational creativity of the telecommunication industry in Rivers State.  Using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation tool at 95% confidence interval. The study concludes that information security management through authentication, integrity, availability and management of risk significantly influences organizational creativity by way of innovativeness and increased adaptability. It was therefore recommended that the telecommunication industry should imbibe identity authentication to boost her information security measures, they should also advocate for the availability of information in the right format to the right users at the right time. Also, the leadership of the telecommunication industry should be more proactive by putting in place risk assessment units in order to curb information security threats, so as to drive organizational sustainability and creativity.

The economic empowerment of the Muslim community, especially in Banjar City, West Java Province, needs to be studied in depth about the history of economic empowerment of the people through the Chronicle of Alas proclaimed by KH Sanusi whose empowerment is through the Chronicle of Alas which was initiated by KH Sanusi. related to the chronicle of the base which became the forerunner of the struggle for Indonesian independence can be realized. For this reason, researchers want to uncover and explore how KH Sanusi in implementing the empowerment of the people by previous scholars and its relevance in the current era. So that later the scientific and epistemological history of empowering the people's economy can be re-realized considering that currently during the Covid-19 pandemic, the economic empowerment of the people through the chronicle of the pedestal is still minimal, so it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of the problem. This research method is field research obtained from primary and secondary sources, where primary sources are obtained from interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the economic empowerment of the community in Banjar City according to history was the forerunner through the Babad Alas program which was launched for the first time by KH Sanusi. Its relevance in the current era of Babad alas can be applied but needs to be developed through a renewable economy, for example with zakat, infaq, shadaqoh, and waqf programs where the organization can be implemented in mosques through mosque management units, then distributed to LAZ (amil zakat institutions), and given to people who deserve it.
