Currently, Halal Tourism Villages in Indonesia need to be developed, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic, this aims to boost the economy of the community in Tambakreja Village, Lakbok District, Ciamis Regency through the Tourism Industry sector. The purpose of this study is to uncover and explore the potential of halal tourism villages in Lakbok sub-district, Ciamis district?; And how are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors for the formation of a Halal Tourism Village in Tambakreja Village, Lakbok District?. This research belongs to the type of normative Islamic law research in which the focus of the research is Field Research, which is carried out in Tambakreja Village, Lakbok District, Ciamis Regency. Data from primary and secondary sources were extracted by means of interviews and document studies. The approach used in this research is a normative philosophical approach. The data analysis of this research used descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that tourism is one of the drivers of foreign exchange for the country where this sector is also the lightest sector in opening employment opportunities, so halal tourism is a type of tourism that is starting to develop in Indonesia today, but has become a trend and has become one of the fulfillment of lifestyle in this era. So that the potential of halal tourism villages in Tambakreja village, Lakbok sub-district today is quite capable, this is due to the large number of tourist groups (halal food and beautiful tourist sites). Halal food (halal food) in the village has its own uniqueness, such as cimplung, Growol, tempe mendoan, brown sugar which in other areas is not necessarily owned by each region. The beautiful land in the Lakbok area is the nature of rice fields, culinary and traditional arts. As a result, the potential for tourism villages in Tambakreja, Lakbok sub-district is expected to be able to boost the community's economy through various tourism sectors. There are various factors supporting the existence of a halal tourism village including the presence of 1) many tourist groups such as Maqam for Pilgrims, mosques that have uniqueness with their own characteristics. In addition, other supporting factors, namely 2) socio-economic, where in order to improve the economy of the Tambakreja village community, one of them is by forming a halal (religious) tourism village where later the source of income will be easily enjoyed by the community. 3) Other supporting factors are the surrounding culture, and public knowledge of halal tourism villages, where the Tambakreja village community about halal tourism is still minimal. 4) Another supporting factor is the adequacy of human resources in managing a halal tourism village in the Tambakreja village.

Facebook commerce, or F-commerce is a strategy that focuses on developing or designing e-commerce contents and storefront sites within the Facebook social media. F-commerce is a very popular topic now a days. The e-commerce sector is developing day by day in Bangladesh. Besides, F-commerce sector also developing. The government of Bangladesh plays a vital role for e-commerce digitization. The Internet speed and availability has increased. That is why the people’s lifestyle changed. Now people can access internet, facebook from anywhere. Since the internet and Facebook users increased in Bangladesh, F-commerce company gives emphasizes on Facebook advertisement. F-commerce is a part of e-commerce magnitude. F-commerce generally operates through the help of Facebook Fanpage. Most of the companies has a Facebook fanpage. Company advertises, promotes their products through facebook. The users of Facebook likes their fanpage. Consumers can see the products easily. They do not need to visit website. Fanpage helps both customers and company. There has also paid advertisement in facebook. Paid advertisement reaches their fan very rapidly. And an interactions creates between users and company. Sales increases. Brand mobile & accessories is such F-commerce shop. I worked with this shop for my research assistance. This shop help me to find out the various problems and prospects of F-commerce shopping. Brand mobile & accessories shop directly imports goods from abroad and sells their products in Facebook or their website. The shop is based on preorder. Sometimes they stock goods. I selected some customers to answer some questionnaire. That was online interview of the customers. From this research, I have found some problems of f-commerce shopping and try to give some solutions, recommendations of the problems. The study has been divided into several parts. These are: Introduction, Introduction to f-commerce, Literature review, Methodology, Analysis and findings, Recommendations and conclusions. I have taken all the reasonable care to ensure the accuracy and quality to make the report standard. And I believe that it has included all the necessary information to be relevant.

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of audit committee on the quality of financial reporting in Nigeria. Data from 41 non-financial enterprises listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) from 2010 to 2020 were used for the study. The Generalised Method of Moments (GMM) technique was used in the study, which is resistant to endogeneity and heteroskedasticity. According to the data, audit committee size, shareholder and financial expert membership in audit committee have a strongly negative association with earnings management, resulting in lower discretionary accruals and higher financial reporting quality. This study's findings are particularly robust in scope when it comes to the issue of unobserved heterogeneity, which previous researches have failed to address. As a result, future corporate governance changes should acknowledge and support these initiatives. The study therefore, recommends that the board of directors should appoint appropriate audit committee members with suitable financial knowledge, including shareholders. This will allow them to fulfill their tasks efficiently through competent oversight and provide a favorable environment for the statutory audit. This can also lead to the suppression of reporting anomalies and increased public trust in the quality of financial reports.

In September 2000, leaders of 189 countries gathered at the United Nations headquarters and signed the historic Millennium Declaration, in which they committed to achieving a set of eight measurable goals that range from halving extreme poverty and hunger to promoting gender equality and reducing child mortality, by the target date of 2015. This paper intends to unveil some of the challenges encountered in the smooth implementation of the Millennium Development Goals particularly in Nigeria. Data was basically drawn from secondary sources. It is the view of this work that, unless drastic steps are taken to address the implementation challenges of the MDGs in Nigeria, the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) may suffer the same date. It is on the forgone premise that this work recommends concerted political will in the implementation of such programs.

The notion of state sovereignty is not a recent phenomenon. The practice began with the Peace of Westphalia, drawn up in 1648 to end the Thirty Years' War in Europe. (The treaty, which involved the Pope and political leaders of Western Europe, utilized the Pope's prestige to grant leaders of proto-nation states the authority to exercise power within their national borders. The assistance of the Pope was vital to the success of the treaty; with the fall of the Roman Empire, political leaders in Europe experienced extreme difficulty exercising power over interlopers and often their own populations The term “state sovereignty” refers to Nation’s rights to prevent interfering in their internal affairs. [1] No state has the right to intervene in another state’s affairs for “any reason whatsoever”. Political leaders appealed to these groups to recognize that rulers should rule free of external interference). Although sovereignty has existed for more than three centuries, the concept of sovereignty has not been with humankind since societies were created: sovereignty is a relatively new concept for human beings, one that is evolving through negotiations over the centuries; started with the emergency of state. However, the principles which recognize all state as sovereign regardless of their status is not working practically. I argue that state sovereignty is a power the state exercise to administer their internal affairs without any interference from external sources. However, Powerless countries have no sovereignty.  It has been observed where sovereignty of developing states has been violated repeatedly by super powers under pretext of humanitarian intervention, economic aid, Investment, Trade co-operation, Trans-national companies using various western NGO’s. In such way Poor countries state sovereignty is violating from time to time due to their weakness/powerlessness. However, we have never witnessed where superpower countries sovereignty is violated. .   So to ensure the enforcement of state sovereignty and to be on equal bargaining power, state must create economic strength. Hence upholding state sovereignty is dependent on better economic position.
