This paper intends to unveil some of the challenges encountered in the smooth implementation of the Millennium Development Goals particularly in Nigeria. Data was basically drawn from secondary sources. It is the view of this work that, unless drastic steps are taken to address the implementation challenges of the MDGs in Nigeria, the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) may suffer the same date. It is on the forgone premise that this work recommends concerted political will in the implementation of such programs.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
