The study was conducted in Babylon Teaching Hospital, Babylon, Iraq Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Increased androgen levels in the body lead to the appearance of hirsutism (excessive hair growth on the body and face). At the same time, there may even be baldness or hair loss with bald spots on the sides of the forehead and on the head. Many women develop acne, sebum and the skin becomes oily. One of the main reasons for seeking medical attention in PCOS patients is infertility due to lack of ovulation. PCOS is characterized by an increase in the size of the ovaries and an increase in the levels of male hormones (testosterone) and LH in the blood. Consequently, the normal functioning of the ovaries is disrupted, a failure occurs in the blood supply and energy supply system. The egg matures, but ovulation does not occur, while the level of oestrogen rises and the hormone progesterone decreases, respectively. Polycystic ovary condition is the most widely recognized endocrinological problem in female of regenerative age. It is normally connected with anovulatory subfertility, for which there are a scope of treatment choices accessible to help them imagine.
