Acupuncture Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation (PLID) - A Study in Bangladesh
Background: Sciatica and back pain are two common medical conditions. As a result of these changes, both working hours and losses to the country's economy will decrease. These people must undergo a comprehensive physical examination before starting any treatment. The higher risk of this outcome is associated with inadequate treatment or surgery, making symptoms worse. The purpose of this study is to determine whether and how acupuncture improves the treatment of PLID. Methods: The research was conducted at Soshi Healthcare Limited, Shanti Nagar, Dhaka, Bangladesh. A 60-year-old woman had been suffering from lower back pain for the last seven years. Lumbosacral spine MRI confirms the diagnosis. Results: Positive findings emerged from further studies. It had been seven years since she had found relief from the pain in his lower back, but now she was pain-free. The results of this research suggest that acupuncture may be helpful for those with PLID.
