Earthquakes are among the most fatal disasters that threaten the world because of the vast people and property casualties. The sudden occurrence of these quakes prevents taking adequate precautionary arrangements by the individuals or the concerned authorities. Despite the worldwide technological progress, predicting earthquakes or early warning about them are still of limited results. This would increase risks and lead to insecurity. This shows the importance of studying earthquakes within this paper. Earthquakes are a natural terrestrial phenomenon that can be defined as a sudden crack in the Earth's rocks at depths ranging from its surface to a depth of 720 km. This crack results in a kinetic energy that was stored in the rocks, which radiates out in various directions in the form of seismic waves, causing the particles of the medium in which they spread to vibrate, as they appear on the surface of the earth in the form of vibrating quakes. Earthquakes vary from one place to another on the face of the earth, where some of them are included in the active areas, whereas others are less active or more quiet. It is known that earthquakes were not random, but rather as a result of certain conditions and ground movements that were the main generator of such earthquakes.

This research paper delves into the different conceptions of human nature and the role of individuals in society as presented by Nietzsche's Last Man, Rawls' Democratic Man and the Perfect Man in Sufism. The objective of this paper is to conduct a comparative analysis of the philosophical works of the two individuals, with a focus on their perspectives on the fundamental aspects of human nature, the purpose of human existence and the ideal society. Nietzsche's Last Man views human beings as weak and aimless, living only for pleasure and comfort, while Rawls' Democratic Man emphasizes the importance of fairness and equality in a just society. Nietzsche's Last Man represents the ultimate endpoint of civilization, where individuals have lost their desire for greatness and are content with mediocrity. In contrast, Rawls' Democratic Man embodies the principles of justice and equality, recognizing the importance of individual freedom and autonomy. On the other hand, the Perfect Man (Insan Kamil) in Sufism represents the highest level of human development, characterized by a deep understanding of the divine and a commitment to serving others. By examining these different perspectives, this paper aims to shed light on the complex relationship between human nature and society and to offer insights into the challenges and possibilities of human existence.

Anxiety and disputes about the future of the world's languages have been sparked by English's rapid expansion and extraordinary domination in recent years. There are now millions of native speakers of the language who utilize it in a variety of linguistic and cultural settings. Given its current state, difficulties and the glaring risks to half of the world's languages, the current study investigates an applied linguistic, conceptual interest in the future of English and its variants. This research is based on the idea that it is essential to widen our understanding of the development of the English language by looking at the linguistic repercussions of these shifts alongside user experience, expectation and perspective. The findings highlight the need for research into less-explored settings and subsets of the English language.
