This research aims to examine business environments that have a validity structure with a diversity of models and are able to improve marketing performance. The research design uses mixed research that is cauldron and quantitative desktiptif involving 400 supervisors and managers of privately managed plantation companies in Indoensia. The results explain that at the most intense construct emphasis is on multi-layer models so that the company has the ability to survive and grow its business. However, the weakness experienced by the company lies in the growing human resources sector but not followed by the development of natural resources.

This scientific research aims to look at the influence (1) of Leadership Style on employee performance. (2) Commitment to employee performance. (3) Compensation for employee performance (4) Work stress on employee performance (5) Simultaneous influence of leadership style, commitment, compensation and work stress on the performance of employees of Almarhamah Foundation Padang Pariaman Regency. The study sampled 33 people. The results of this study show that (1) Leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. (2) Commitment has a significant impact on employee performance. (3) Compensation has a significant impact on employee performance. (4) Work stress has a significant effect on employee performance. (5) Leadership style, commitment, compensation, and work stress simultaneously significantly affect the performance of employees of The Almarhamah Foundation of Padang Pariaman Regency. For agencies are expected to strengthen leadership style, commitment, compensation and reduce work stress in working in the agency. For researchers can further research with other variables in order to obtain more varied results that can describe what things can affect performance and are advised to expand the scope.
