Complaints and Appeals
IARCON deals with complaints and appeals in accordance with the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE): https://publicationethics.org/appeals.
Authors who wish to request reconsideration of a rejected manuscript can do so by emailing the journal’s Editorial Office including the manuscript ID number.
Please be aware that reassessment will only be done at the editor's discretion (s). Please be aware that articles may be rejected if they are deemed to have low priority due to the fierce competition for space in our publications. Authors must give specific justifications for why they think their paper needs to be revised. The author can be invited to submit it as a new manuscript if it is decided that it needs to be reconsidered. The manuscript will then go through evaluation as a new submission and obtain a new identification number and submission date.
