Based on the analysis of the current situation of global digital trade, this paper constructs an evaluation index system and uses the data of the DTE database to empirically measure the barriers to digital services trade of 34 countries. The research finds that the digital trade barriers of developing countries are stronger than those of developed countries and the level of barriers to cross-border data flows is increasing especially in BRICS.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
