iarjbmIARJBMIARJBM2708-514710.47310/iarjbm.2023.v04i01.018Reconstruction of Donggala Small and Medium Industry Development Models Based on Human ResourcesPattaKaliSyamsulBachryBakriHasanuddinSecretariat of Regional Government of Donggala Regency,Student Doctoral Program in Economics at Tadulako UniversityFaculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako UniversitySmall and Medium Industries (IKM), especially Donggala woven fabrics, are the crafts of village women in several sub-districts (South Banawa District, Central Banawa District, Tanantovea District, Labuan District, and Sindue ) Donggala Regency which has been passed down from generation to generation until today. The development and development of small industries and specifically Donggala Weaving have been carried out by the Government, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), and Universities. Still, until now, the tiny Donggala Weaving industry has yet to experience a significant increase. This study aims to find a model for the development strategy of Small and Medium Industries, especially Donggala Weaving. Data analysis used the Interactive Model analysis method with the Nvivo 12plus application technique for windows. The study results show that the Donggala Weaving Small Industry Development Strategy Model, carried out by the Government, BUMN, and Universities must involve the private sector by taking their respective roles. This study concludes that the Government, BUMN, and universities' policies in providing education and training, facilities, and infrastructure assistance have yet to enable the Donggala Weaving artisans to develop correctly. It is hoped that in the future, there will be training activities on the use of Non-Machine Weaving Tools (ATBM) continuously. Furthermore, the artisans were made a center in each village without having to be localized in one place.
