The research design uses mixed research that is cauldron and quantitative descriptive involving 400 supervisors and managers of privately managed plantation companies in Indoensia. The results explain that at the most intense construct emphasis is on multi-layer models so that the company has the ability to survive and grow its business. However, the weakness experienced by the company lies in the growing human resources sector but not followed by the development of natural resources.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
