One hundred and fifty-five professional football referees made up the study population. Using a lottery system, 20 referees were chosen at random and split into two groups, each consisting of 10 members: the experimental group and the control group. The study's experimental methodology included pre- and post-tests administered to comparable groups. We devised twelve training activities based on recognized scientific concepts and found appropriate exams to quantify the research variables. Subsequently, a pilot study was carried out to assess the tests' and the exercises' applicability. After that, the pre-test was administered, the training program was put into action, and the post-test was administered under settings that were similar to the pre-test. Results showed that people in the study improved significantly in two areas: speed of thought and accuracy of decision-making.
</article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
