The tailored workouts were predicted to exert a statistically significant favorable effect on the experimental group in the post-tests. The researcher employed an experimental methodology utilizing a two-group equivalent design, comprising a control group and an experimental group. The research sample comprised 14 players from Misan Sports Club for the 2025-2026 season, evenly divided into two groups of seven players each. The program extended over 8 weeks, with 3 training sessions weekly, utilizing high-intensity interval training with progressive modifications. The findings indicated substantial disparities between the pre- and post-test values for the two groups, with the experimental group exhibiting a more pronounced improvement, evidenced by a computed t-value of -6.10 and a significance level of 0.001. In the post-test comparison between the two groups, the experimental group considerably surpassed the control group (t-value = 5.395), validating the efficacy of the customized workouts devised by the researcher in contrast to the coach's conventional method. The suggested workouts shown efficacy in enhancing the velocity of integrated defensive maneuvers, resulting in better player capability to restrict areas and perform efficient defensive transitions. The researcher advocates for the integration of these exercises into the training programs of Misan clubs and suggests doing analogous studies on other defensive skills and various age demographics to optimize the advantages.
</article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
