Quality is indispensable and cannot be ignored in helping companies reach safety and stability. The researcher's work involves analyzing basic data to develop more effective strategic approaches. He began by working with 120 employees at the Ishtar Hotel in Baghdad. The data collected in response numbered 114 of which 6 were incomplete. SPSS was the primary tool used in compiling the results for the researcher. Hypotheses 4 support the study and are considered successful in relying on them.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
