The researcher also focused on the importance of TQM dimensions and their impact on the targeted sample of employees at the University of Babylon. Therefore, using relevant scientific sources, the researcher emphasized the importance and necessity of using this study to improve the performance of all employees working at the University of Babylon, while providing them with all means of permanent living comfort. This helps employees feel relaxed and offer the best, while achieving continuous cooperation between employees and work, and continuously making employee conscience a positive contributor to achieving the established program and plans.&amp;nbsp;</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
