Flexible time or work schedule flexibility began to be applied in many companies, especially in big cities such as Semarang. Some workers in Semarang feel stressed when carrying out work schedule flexibility, which is inversely proportional to previous research, which showed that work schedule flexibility was negatively related to job stress. The purpose of this study was to re-examine the effect of work schedule flexibility and work-family conflict on job stress in conditions of the COVID-19 outbreak sample of university lecturers in the city of Semarang who implement work from home. Logistic linear regression is used in this study.
