The manufacturing industry is one of the industries with a high level of occupational accident risk. A total of 95 workers in the manufacturing industry in Semarang will be used as respondents to see their perceptions of safe working behavior. The data processing method uses SEM with the help of smart-PLS software. The results of the study show that safety consciousness has an effect on safety citizenship behavior, safety knowledge and safety motivation. Meanwhile, safety motivation has a positive but not significant effect on safety citizenship behavior and safety knowledge. The results of this study recommend companies to increase supervision related to the implementation of safety procedures at work, implement a reward and punishment system to increase worker motivation in implementing safety procedures at work, provide regular safety training and monitor their effectiveness. maintain work safety by cultivating safety at work, maintain relationships between superiors and subordinates related to safety at work and encourage worker participation to provide advice in improving safety performance.
