By incorporating real-world examples and scenarios specific to the workplace, training sessions can resonate more with employees, making safety concepts more real and relatable. Additionally, leveraging anecdotes and experiences shared by employees can reinforce the importance of adhering to safety protocols and inspire a commitment to safety excellence. So, the objective of this article is to shed light on the importance of enhancing occupational safety through knowledge sharing and developing the proper model that can achieve such a target. In a related context, the results showed that enhancing knowledge-sharing processes clearly contributes to improving production efficiency, developing the work environment, and enhancing occupational safety standards within establishments. This positive impact supports establishments’ ability to achieve their strategic goals more efficiently, enabling them to compete effectively in the labor market. The results also emphasize the importance of investing in effective knowledge-sharing strategies, not only to improve institutional performance but also to enhance human resource sustainability and create a safe and cooperative work culture that ensures the safety of workers and supports business continuity.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
