For the extrinsic coagulation pathway to start, it is a necessary component. Because of the disease's rarity and coagulation abnormality, the anaesthetic management of these individuals carries a higher risk. Here we report a case of factor VII deficiency in a 40-year-old guy who underwent complete hip replacement surgery under general anaesthesia. The patient was scheduled for the elective surgery following a comprehensive evaluation. The patient's hemodynamic state was stable and extubation was uneventful.
