Increased skill knowledge, changes in attitudes, behaviors, corrections to deficiencies – performance deficiencies are needed to improve performance. Because the progress of the company or organization is supported by the performance of employees. A person can be said to have a good performance, when they can carry out a good job. Populasi pada penelitian this adalah all employees who work at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) SBU Regional Jawa Bagian Timur .&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Many samples in this study were 38 people.&amp;nbsp;The d ata collection techniqueuses questionnaires and literature studies.&amp;nbsp; The questionnaire data will betested for validity and reliability first. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression and coefficients of determination.&amp;nbsp; Hypothesis testing using t-test, F test.&amp;nbsp;The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of work motivation, leadership, and training on the performance of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) SBU Regional Jawa Bagian Timur&amp;nbsp; employees, both partially and simultaneously.&amp;nbsp;Theappearance of work motivation, leadership and training&amp;nbsp;explained that&amp;nbsp;the performance of PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) SBU Regional Jawa Bagian Timur&amp;nbsp;employees&amp;nbsp;was 81.50% the remaining 18.50% explained by other variables that were not included in this research model.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
