The primary research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to all 119 employees at the South Aceh District Social Service and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study found that integrated data management of social welfare and employee satisfaction had a significant positive effect on motivation and the success of social assistance programs for the poor in the regency. In addition, motivation was found to mediate the effect of integrated data management and staff satisfaction on the success of the social assistance program.
