Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to all members of the South Aceh Regency House of Representatives and the apparatus at the DPRK South Aceh Secretariat, totaling 109, and analyzed using the Amos SEM application. This study found that the effectiveness of the leadership style and the ability of the apparatus had a significant positive effect on service performance. The effectiveness of leadership style, apparatus capability, and service performance had a significant positive effect on the performance of District People's Representative Council members in South Aceh. The results of the study also prove that service performance partially mediates the effect of the effectiveness of leadership style and the ability of the apparatus on the performance of members of the District People's Representative Council members. The results of this study imply that to improve the performance of members of the South Aceh District People's Representative Council members, the focus should be given to improving services based on strengthening the effectiveness of leadership styles and apparatus capabilities.&amp;nbsp;
</article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
