This research is an exploratory research with quantitative methods.Which non-probability sampling technique uses the purposive sampling method? sampling is based on pre-defined intent with a sample of 155 Covid 19 nurses at Dr. M. Djamil Padang. This study uses Partial Least Squares- Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) with smart PLS 3 program.
