This study adopted a cross-sectional survey design and a sample of 447 employees of nine selected manufacturers of baby care product and 537 nursing mothers in Lagos State, Nigeria. A multiple regression analysis to test the first order condition of organisational capability dimension on&amp;nbsp;nursing mother satisfaction was conducted. The results showed that&amp;nbsp;organisational capability dimensions had a positive and significant effect on&amp;nbsp;nursing mother satisfaction (Adj. R2= 0.014&amp;nbsp;F(4,447)593.330, p&amp;nbsp;= 0.000).&amp;nbsp;The explanatory ability of organisational capability&amp;nbsp;dimensions on&amp;nbsp;nursing mother satisfaction is weak even though positive and significant for the companies investigate hence,&amp;nbsp;the firms should strengthen their commitment to the development of critical and dynamic organisational capability in customer engagement, new product development, marketing capability and innovation capability. This is because these capabilities have been documented in extant literature to possess the potential for improving customer satisfaction.
</article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
