The paper contains information on the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in pregnant women. The features of therapeutic measures (surgical method, chemotherapy, hormone, and radiation therapy) depending on the duration of pregnancy are described. Attention is paid to the question of the possibility of pregnancy after treatment for breast cancer. It was emphasized that the treatment plan is determined individually, taking into account the stage of the disease, the duration of pregnancy, prognosis factors, the patient's desire to maintain this pregnancy.
