The blue colour is caused by thinness of collagen layers of the sclera that allows the veins of the choroid layers to be seen. Blue sclerae are characteristic of a number of conditions, particularly connective tissue disorders and musculoskeletal disorders. In this article we have presented a few clinical cases which were diagnosed on the basis of this ‘blue sclera’.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
