If untreated, this process will result in life threatening intestinal necrosis. The incidence is low, estimated at 0.09–0.2% of all acute surgical admissions. Early diagnosis and timely surgical intervention are the cornerstones of modern treatment and are essential to reduce the high mortality associated with this entity. The advent of endovascular approaches may provide new options. We herein report a case of adult male patient with total occlusion of superior and inferior mesenteric artery along with critical Celiac artery stenosis in patient presented with weight loss, abdominal pain and gastrointestinal bleeding and celiac artery stenting done successfully.
</article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
