They are small in size and mostly seen solitary which can be diagnosed on routine radiographic examination. Morphologically, they are classified into complex and compound type. Early diagnosis and removal of odontomas is necessary to prevent their interference with the eruption of teeth. This article describes the case of an eight year old boy with compound odontome in the anterior maxilla which was surgically removed.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
