These injuries can lead to athletes being deprived of returning to their previous sports activities. This study aimed to investigate the impact of a rehabilitation program for treating medial collateral ligament (MCL) injury in the knee after surgical intervention. The study also aimed to find solutions that contribute to the treatment of such injuries. The researcher used an experimental approach with a single-group pre-test/post-test design. The program was implemented on a sample of six players who had MCL injuries in the second-tier football clubs in Thi Qar province. They were purposefully selected, and the injuries were identified through clinical examination and MRI. The researcher conducted a series of pre-tests before starting the rehabilitation program, which lasted for six months with three rehabilitation sessions per week. Subsequently, post-tests were conducted. The appropriate statistical methods were employed to analyze the data obtained from the pre-tests and post-tests. The researcher concluded that the rehabilitation program had a positive effect on treating MCL injuries in the knee. The researcher recommends the utilization of the rehabilitation program developed by the researcher and its implementation in physical therapy centers. Additionally, conducting further studies and research on this topic is emphasized for its importance [1-8].</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
