This study delves into the unique context of District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, exploring women's awareness and understanding of postmenopausal symptoms and their perspectives on care and treatment options. Materials and Methods:&amp;nbsp;Employing a descriptive cross-sectional survey design, the study engaged 400 women of reproductive age in District Solan, Himachal Pradesh. A Google Form questionnaire covering socio-demographic details and 20 structured questions on postmenopausal symptoms, care, and treatment was utilized. Data, collected between August and November 2023, underwent rigorous analysis using Epi Info V7 Software. The study adhered to ethical considerations, ensuring participant confidentiality and anonymity. Results:&amp;nbsp;Of the 400 respondents, 28.75% exhibited very good knowledge, 38% good knowledge, 21.5% fair knowledge, and 11.75% poor knowledge regarding postmenopausal symptoms, care, and treatment. Knowledge gaps were identified in areas such as hormone fluctuations, lifestyle modifications, and long-term health implications. The study revealed a nuanced understanding among participants regarding prevalent symptoms, sexual health, and preventive measures. Conclusion:&amp;nbsp;The study underscores the need for tailored healthcare interventions in District Solan, catering to specific knowledge gaps identified. While a considerable proportion demonstrated commendable knowledge, targeted efforts are essential for a comprehensive understanding of postmenopausal well-being, considering the socio-cultural dynamics of the Indian context.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
