The unique challenges posed by regional factors in Himachal Pradesh necessitate a targeted exploration of awareness and knowledge regarding Preventive Factors and Practices for elbow Pain. This study addresses the gap in existing literature by examining the regional implications of elbow pain and its preventive measures in Himachal Pradesh. Material and Methods:&amp;nbsp;A cross-sectional survey was conducted from July 2023 to October 2023 in Himachal Pradesh. The study included 400 adults residing in urban and rural areas, employing a descriptive research approach. A Google Form questionnaire, comprising socio-demographic and 20 knowledge-related questions, was utilized. Data analysis employed Epi Info V7 Software, and ethical considerations ensured participant confidentiality. Results:&amp;nbsp;Participants demonstrated varied levels of awareness, with 59.75% recognizing common elbow conditions. Knowledge on ergonomics (54.5%) and nutrition's impact (31.5%) revealed disparities. While 54.25% were aware of the link between physical fitness and reduced elbow pain risk, only 7.75% attended educational programs. Analysis categorized knowledge into Very Good (25.25%), Good (28%), Fair (30%), and Poor (16.75%) groups. Conclusion:&amp;nbsp;The study unveils regional nuances in awareness and knowledge concerning elbow pain in Himachal Pradesh. Discrepancies emphasize the need for targeted, culturally sensitive interventions. A comprehensive national strategy is essential for promoting musculoskeletal health and preventing elbow pain across diverse Indian populations.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
