The methodology consists in imposing limits aimed at the minimum necessary and only when the objective requirements impose it. The objective of interpretation is to explain the meaning of the rules and to adapt to the evolution of society. Findings: we demonstrate that this practice confirms the thesis that interpretation has the task of revealing the content of all the elements of the legal norm. The legislator orders or prohibits anything in connection with the eventuality of a particular situation that would require the subject to act. In this case, the subject must have the behavior required by the legislator. Contribution: According to this concept, laws must be interpreted according to the legal, moral and social conceptions of each age, taking into account the real requirements of utility and social equity. At the same time, the interpreter must not contradict the clear and precise text of the law, to betray the will of the legislator.
