<article xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" article-type="Research Article" dtd-version="1.0"><front><journal-meta><journal-id journal-id-type="pmc">iarjhss</journal-id><journal-id journal-id-type="pubmed">IARJHSS</journal-id><journal-id journal-id-type="publisher">IARJHSS</journal-id><issn>2708-6267</issn></journal-meta><article-meta><article-id pub-id-type="doi">10.47310/iarjhss.2023.v04i01.004</article-id><title-group><article-title>Evaluation of Islamic Education Teachers for the Preparatory Stage in the Light of Proposals for Quality Standards of Teaching Performance in Schools of the Judiciary of Al-alam</article-title></title-group><contrib-group><contrib contrib-type="author"><name><given-names>SabahKhalaf</given-names><surname>khudhur</surname></name></contrib><xref ref-type="aff" rid="aff-a" /></contrib-group><aff-id id="aff-a">College of Education for Humanities, Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, Tikrit University, Iraq</aff-id><abstract>The aim of the current study is to evaluate the teachers of Islamic education for the preparatory stage in the light of the proposals of standards of quality of teaching performance, the researcher used the note card as a tool for the study to evaluate the performance of teachers of Islamic education for the preparatory stage, and judge their skills and level of scientific performance, as the researcher used in his study the descriptive approach that means the contemporary reality through the method of direct observation of teachers in the classroom, the study sample consisted of (66) teachers and schools, including (39) teachers and (27) schools distributed to (27) secondary schools, The researcher came up with a list of proposed criteria consisting of (5) main axes including(36) paragraphs , The results of the study showed that there is a weakness in some teachers for teaching skills during the teaching of the scientific material that causes the failure to achieve the desired goals of the subject, as well as the lack of interest of many teachers in the evaluation standards of the subjects they teach. The researcher recommended to spread the culture of evaluation on the basis of the proposed standards for the teaching performance of teachers of Islamic education, and the researcher also recommended encouraging the work of studies similar to this study to reach standards for teaching performance and apply them to measure and evaluate the performance of teachers, and the researcher also recommended to submit the model of the proposed standards for the quality of teaching performance to the official authorities concerned with education in Iraq and circulate it to all teaching staff in schools.</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
