Lawngtlai College, Mizoram, IndiaThe 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID19) pandemic reportedly had a great impact on people's mental health. This study aims to evaluate the psychological impact of COVID19 on the victims found in the municipality of Lawngtlai. The study was conducted during this period through a structured online questionnaire among 123 victims found in the area. Many people report that they have experienced anxiety, worry about COVID19, difficulty relaxing, restlessness, easy anger, and fear of what will happen with COVID19. Furthermore, the blockade has led to psychological problems experienced by the locals. This shows that COVID19 has a negative psychological impact on people. The government must continue to monitor people's mental health during and after the COVID19 pandemic and provide them with the support they need.
