A total lockdown will mean that the people in the given area must stay where they are and must not exit or enter a building or a given area. The threat of Covid19 pandemic has disrupted the socio-economic status in Lawngtlai as in other parts of the state. The market failure is compounded by a crash in the demand side as a result of downward financial stress on workers and restrictions on mobility for everything including routinely essential supplies.
