Counter checking whether an academic institution’s existence respond to the needs of time is necessary, which paved way to the conduct of this study. Looking forward is an avenue in adjusting, modifying or changing an institution’s vision, mission, strategic goals, program objectives, core values, guiding philosophy and quality policy (VMPOSGCVGPQP) that are necessary in running its long-term and daily operations. Using the descriptive quantitative research survey and convenience random sampling wherein the unit of analysis were the aggregate perception of stakeholders from the graduate and undergraduate selected institutions, it was found out that most respondents at undergraduate degree program had a higher level of perception across all the salient features of the institution, however, both sets pointed out that the level of acceptability outranked the other identified factors while the participation level of stakeholders obtained the lowest rank. Further, bulletin boards and wall display worked well in the information dissemination.&amp;nbsp;</abstract></article-meta></front><body /><back /></article>
