It enhances the requirements of raising the standard of living of all inhabitants of developing countries. Technological cities can provide all necessary resources of funding and rehabilitation of the scientific cadres to manage and supervise activities and achieve all desired goals of transfer. By doing so, jobs for citizens are created and efforts will increase cooperation in trade both regionally and internationally. Finally, by having infrastructure based on fixed rules, cities will face all economic, social, and/or political challenges.
